Professional Christian Counseling
Sessions are on a sliding scale. If cost is a deterrent, please reach out and have that conversation with us. We have found that some churches in our area are willing to partner with us in order for their members to receive faith-based counseling.
WHAT WE CHARGE
Sessions are fee based $80.00 per session, 50 minutes per session and a sliding scale is also available for those in need. I accept payment through PayPal. Check with your Insurance Provider to see if they will provide reimbursement or if your Health Savings
Account will cover therapy sessions. Please notify me up front of any required paperwork to receive insurance reimbursement. I am unable to bill 3rd party insurance at this time. If cost is a deterrent, please reach out and have that conversation with me! I have found that some churches in our area are willing to partner with me in order for their members to receive faith-based counseling.
Payment is due at the end of each session.

IS THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE ACCEPTED?
At present we do not accept third-party health insurance. For more information concerning insurance, see to the section above.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

HOW DO I FILL AN INTAKE FORM?
Print the documents provided to complete the relevant forms. Forms are provided under the "Schedule An Appointment" section.

If this is your first time scheduling an appointment at His Family Services, first call and speak with the counselor to schedule an appointment.

Then print and complete the information on the appropriate forms linked below on this page and return the forms three days before your first scheudled session.

Arrive to your first session 15 minutes early to maximize your therapy time.
